The only refund scenario currently described is duplicate charging, meaning the same order was charged twice by mistake.

Refund process for duplicate charges only:
1. Submit a support ticket and explain the issue.
2. Provide payment proof and account details.
3. Wait for manual review, typically 1 to 3 business days.
4. If approved, the funds are returned within 7 business days.

Other scenarios, such as voluntarily stopping the challenge or failing the evaluation, are not refundable.
